Shipping & Returns
While we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we understand that things happen. We will be happy to issue a refund for the same amount of the purchase cost of the item. All items must meet the following criteria:
*The item was purchased and shipped within the past 21 days.
* Item is clearly unused and is still in the original packaging.
* No personalized items are eligible for returns.
Instructions for Returns
In Store purchases need to be returned to the store.
Online purchases can follow the instructions below to process your return.
To help us process your return in a timely manner please follow these four steps within 21 days of purchase:

Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging. All merchandising must be in the same, saleable condition as when you received it. If you cover all existing shipping labels, you can reuse the box your order came in.

Include your name, address, email, phone number and order number.

Include a brief description of why you are returning the item.

His Place is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
